Originally from Cincinnati, Jack grew up working structural concrete at his Grandfather’s company. As his career progressed, he gained in depth experience in tilt-ups, high & mid-rise buildings, post-tension podiums, tilt-ups, surveying, drafting, and overall project management.
During his years in concrete Jack was a part of sizable projects such as Signet Hangar, Smith’s Mill, One River North, and Yellowstone Club Phase II. Jack currently works at a general contractor where he oversees multiple projects managing budget, schedule, and design coordination.
Within construction as a whole, his main focuses are ground-up construction, multi-level structures, high -end tenant renovations, surveying, modeling, estimating, and cost-analysis.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. As a San Diego native, he understands the local real estate market. With over 300,000 square feet of commercial construction experience, he has worked on mixed-use, medical office, automotive, and retail projects.
Having seen inefficiencies that drive up costs, Scott focuses on cost control, value engineering, and execution to maximize investor returns. He currently oversees multiple projects, ensuring they stay on budget, schedule, and quality standards. His recent projects include high-end renovations, ground-up developments, and tenant improvements, leveraging his industry expertise and subcontractor network for profitable results.
